3D molded tactarray

TactArray pressure sensors can be molded to a variety of complex shapes. PPS can produce a wide variety of designs based on your artwork and desired spatial resolution. Molded pressure sensors combine elements of our conformable arrays and our industrial arrays, featuring conductive cloth on the outer surface and cloth or copper-clad Kapton on the inside.

Pressure ranges can span 1 to 200psi with spatial resolutions as fine as 1mm and are only 800 microns thick. By building up pressure sensors in-place, our industry-leading performance is maintained while tailoring your pressure sensing solution to measure pressure exactly where you need it.
