Our Conformable TactArray Pressure Sensor (CTS) offers the ultimate combination of pressure sensor performance and design flexibility. Built from a flexible, conductive cloth, CTS combines outstanding sensitivity and repeatability in a conformable construction that allows the sensor to be wrapped around cylindrical objects or molded to shapes with multiple radii of curvature.
Conformable TactArray Pressure Sensors are available with 2D spatial resolutions as fine as 2mm and with maximum pressures anywhere from 1psi to 200psi. Flexible pressure sensors are typically 1mm thick, and when molded to a customer-supplied part can be as thin as 800 microns.
