Jae S. Son, Ph.D. - Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Son, President and founder of Pressure Profile Systems, Inc., has established expertise in various advanced sensor technologies while at the Harvard Robotics Laboratory. This involved collaborative research with the MIT Artificial Intelligence Lab, Yale Vision and Robotics Group and the Stanford Dexterous Manipulation Laboratory. In addition to his research expertise, his corporate engineering experiences include Hughes Space and Communications Sensors Operations, General Motors, and Howard Hughes Medical Institute. His innovative solution solving abilities allow him to readily solve new applications problems.


David C. Ables - Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Ables has led major design and development projects and partnered with industry leaders around the globe introducing new dimensions of sensitivity and performance to consumer products and medical devices utilizing high-end sensing technology. A former Teach For America Corps Member, Mr. Ables also counts consulting with Arthur D. Little, Inc., fluid mechanics research at Harvard, and rapid prototyping research at MIT among his experiences. He holds a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and an A.B. in Mechanical Engineering from Harvard University.


Ohad Zeira - Director of Business Development

Mr. Zeira has a deep passion for product innovations that influence people’s lives. As the head of PPS’s New Ventures Group, he is responsible for commercializing Pressure Profile Systems’ core technologies with a focus on embedded applications. Prior to joining PPS, he spent five years as a technology strategy consultant for Ernst & Young and Capgemini advising fortune 500 companies on their technology decisions. He holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and an M.S. in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.


Chris Miller - Director of World-Wide Sales

Mr. Miller brings over 11 years of successful international and domestic sales experience to PPS. Prior to joining PPS, Chris served as the international sales manager for Abaris Systems, a leader in the application performance management market. Chris’ sales leadership grew the company from a garage start-up to a recognized international brand and an eventual merger. Prior to Abaris Systems, Chris was the Asia Territory Manager for Micro Instrument Company. During his tenure with Micro Instrument Company, Chris expanded the region's offices, affiliates and channels and increased sales by more than 16 times in less than 6 years.  Chris holds an executive MBA with an emphasis in Global Technology Management from Pepperdine University and a BS in Business Management from Pepperdine University.
