PPS' Tactile Sensor technology is based on the principles of Capacitive Sensing. Our sensors not only show where contact occurs, but how much pressure is applied at each location. This video shows one of our ultra-sensitive industrial sensors mapping the touch and movements of a human hand, detecting popped and un-popped bubbles in bubble wrap, and displaying a patch of tape on a roller.
